SaltyWaves is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Indigo Tower at North Beach Resort & Villas. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a welcoming space for families and friends to gather.

Large glass doors open onto the private balcony, where you'll enjoy views overlooking the resort's tropical landscaping and pool complex, with the Atlantic Ocean visible beyond.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with the following sleeping arrangements:

* Are pool armbands required? Yes. Pool armbands are required for access to applicable resort pool facilities and are provided inside the condo.

* Can we bring coolers onto the pool deck? No. The resort does not permit coolers on the pool deck when it is open. Coolers are permitted on the beach.

* Do we have to make the beds, clean, or wash linens before checkout? No, you're on vacation! Our professional cleaning team will take care of the turnover after your stay.

* Are pets allowed? Pets are not permitted at the resort under HOA rules, subject to applicable service-animal requirements.

* Is smoking or vaping allowed? No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. If smoking occurs and additional cleaning or odor remediation is required, a $250 fine will be assessed.

Resort Improvement Notice

North Beach Resort is completing several property improvements during the fall and winter months. We want guests to understand how these projects may affect their stay before booking.

BALCONY IMPROVEMENTS | OCTOBER – FEBRUARY

The resort is undergoing scheduled balcony resurfacing throughout the property.

Work takes place Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Balconies within active work areas may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may hear construction activity during daytime hours.

POOL AREA IMPROVEMENTS | OCTOBER – MARCH

The resort is completing improvements near the pool area, and the outdoor pool deck is closed during the project.

During this time:

- The outdoor pool deck and affected outdoor water amenities will be unavailable.
- The indoor pool is expected to remain open, with access through the Indigo garage.
- The kiddie pool and lap pool will be temporarily closed.
- Guests will access available pool facilities through the entrance beneath the Indigo Tower while the main pool entrance is closed.
- Temporary restrooms will be available beneath the Jasmine Tower.

Construction is scheduled during daytime hours. Amenity access, walking routes, and operating schedules may change as the project progresses.
