Overview
We are adding to our cleaning/turnover team and are seeking candidates who have:

Job Type
- 1099 Contractor (full-time, part-time)
Pay
- $30–$40 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Monthly quality bonuses for 5-star cleaning reviews
Schedule
- Varying schedule including weekends and holidays (based on guest check-ins)
- Turnover hours between 10am and 4pm
Responsibilities
- Clean vacation rental properties (bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, mopping, vents, fans, porches, windows, etc.)
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Send pre- and post-cleaning photos via smartphone app
- Document and report maintenance, condition, or safety issues
- Monitor furnishings for wear and tear
- Launder bedding, sheets, and towels
- Replenish guest essentials (soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc.)
- Follow company policies and all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Vacation rental cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Dependable, ethical, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Personal smartphone required
- Must supply own cleaning supplies (list provided)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to stand for up to 6 hours
- Must pass drug screen and background check
