• The Primary Suite: Features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and its own attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
• The Second Bedroom: Furnished with two full sized beds, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted TV so guests can catch the evening tournament highlights from bed 
• The Common Area: The sectional sofa in the living room converts into a pull-out sleeper to accommodate the fourth member of your group.

Living & Dining Area

• The Living Room: Designed with an open layout that connects the kitchen bar to the seating area, making it easy to watch TV, recap the day's scores, and hang out without feeling cramped 
• The Balcony: Accessed through sliding glass doors, the covered balcony directly faces the World Tour golf course ninth hole, offering a quiet spot to decompress with a drink after your round.

Location & Logistics

• Parking Passes: The HOA requires guests to write the unit number and dates of stay on parking passes.
• On the Course: You are staying right on the World Tour grounds, keeping you minutes from your first tee time.
• Dining & Logistics: When you aren't golfing, the central Myrtle Beach location puts you a short drive from major grocery stores, local restaurants, and sports bars, making dinner logistics simple.
• Player's Grille: Enjoy a relaxing meal at this onsite dining and social hub.
• Pool & Fitness Center Access: Guests will be provided an entry keycard. If a keycard is lost, guests will be charged $50 to replace.
  • The Pool: A clean community pool is located on-site if your group wants to unwind away from the golf course.
  • Fitness Center Access: Your stay includes access to the on-site fitness center, providing a straightforward way to squeeze in a workout or stretch out before you head to the first tee.

To ensure your arrival and daily transit are completely predictable and stress-free, here is exactly how the resort is laid out and how long it takes to get to key local destinations:

• Finding the Building Within the Resort: Enter through the main entrance. When you veer into the property, just past the clubhouse roundabout, turn left and the Pinehurst building is the 4th building on the right.
• Proximity to Amenities: The resort's main pool and fitness center are a brief walk or a very quick drive from your front door.
• To the Beach: If you want to head to the oceanfront, driving to popular beach spots (like the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort area) takes approximately 16 minutes.
• To Local Attractions: Broadway at the Beach is located about 5 miles away for easy dining, shopping, and nightlife logistics.
• To the Airport: Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is roughly a 9-minute drive from the property, making arrival and departure days highly manageable for groups flying in with golf clubs.

• Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required surprise costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
• Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
• Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
• Can I smoke on the premises? NO. Smoking is not allowed inside this condo. 
• Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
• Do you provide food, condiments, coffee, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.
• Are there any external security cameras? No, this condo does not have external security cameras
• How many cars can I park at the condo? Parking is available for 2 cars max. Parking is first come, first serve general parking. The resort strictly bans on-site parking for motorcycles, trailers, RVs, campers, boats, or commercial vehicles. If you travel with these, you must arrange offsite storage.
• May guests use the clubhouse? No, guests do not have access to the clubhouse, however, guest may enjoy the pool and fitness center.
