Atlantic Jewel accommodates up to four guests in two queen-size beds. The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a custom barn door, rather than a conventional hinged bedroom door. It includes fresh linens and pillows, a Smart TV, and a dresser.

You'll also find a Keurig, French Press, and beverage/wine cooler in this area. The ocean views are from the living and dining space and balcony, not the bedroom.

Yes, one vehicle receives a parking pass. Return the pass to the condo before departure to avoid a replacement charge. Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted.

ARE POOL ARMBANDS REQUIRED?
During peak season, yes. When required, bands are provided based on the registered guest count.

ARE LINENS AND TOWELS INCLUDED?
Yes. Bed linens, bath towels, and washcloths are included. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and baby equipment can be arranged through local rental partners for an additional cost.

IS THERE LAUNDRY?
The resort has laundry facilities, but there is no washer or dryer inside the condo.

ARE PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED?
No pets are permitted under resort HOA rules. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony; smoking-related odor remediation may result in a $250 charge.

DO WE HAVE TO COMPLETE CLEANING CHORES BEFORE CHECKOUT?
No. You are not required to clean, make beds, or do laundry before departure.

For your peace of mind and ours, we partner with an independent service to verify guest details and help protect our home. Before your stay begins, you’ll simply complete a quick verification process to finalize your booking. A refundable security deposit will be collected for this property. It is returned in full if no damages are found after checkout.
